Tijdens de Himlung2008 Expeditie zullen wij gebruik maken van satelliet communicatie. In eerste instantie natuurlijk voor noodgevallen, maar ook om SMS berichten te versturen om deze WEBLOG te updaten.Zoals voor eerdere tochten en expedities huren we een Motorola 9505A Iridium satelliet telefoon bij Satcomm in Nieuw-Vennep

During the Himlung2008 Expedition, we will make use of satellite communication. First of all for emergency purposes, but also to send SMS messages to update this WEBLOG. As we did for previous trips and expeditions we rent a Motorola 9505A Iridium satellite phone from a company called satcomm in Nieuw Vennep.
